Burpees are a simple and good all round workout exercise that counters every part of your body that will covers your burning calories, fitness and muscles strength.

I’m challenging myself to do a 50 burpee challenge in a day and on route for 1,500 burpees for 30 days. Credit to coach @cruzfitnesskinabalu for sharing the idea of the challenge. Now I’m in the loop 😅

My form was not great since I’m still getting us of the movement and building more muscle strength to support my own weight.

I encourage everyone of you to try this exercise around 5 to 10 minutes and you will feel like you’ve just run a marathon afterwards 💪🏻💦
